About Me

A Fort Myers resident for most of her life Lydia has pursed her passion for creating, performing and teaching dance for the majority of her life. Having experienced numerous injuries and trauma, massage therapy has been extremely beneficial in helping her to heal. Lydia enjoys helping others and believes in the benefits that massage therapy has to offer. An avid learner, Lydia plans to continue her studies in learning more modalities and keeping up to date on current research.
